#50SP1-SL1 is a non oiled bearing made of ordinary high-strength brass with HB>210 as the base material and cast using high-tech technology. It is drilled in a certain proportion on its corresponding wear-resistant surface according to the operating conditions and embedded with ordinary solid lubricant. It breaks through the limitations of general bearings relying on oil film lubrication. During use, solid lubrication and shaft friction are achieved through frictional heat, forming excellent conditions for oil and powder coexistence lubrication, which not only protects the shaft from wear but also makes the solid lubrication characteristics eternal. This product has high mechanical strength and hardness.
